World 400 metres champion Wayde van Niekerk feels drug cheats in athletics should get a permanent ban from sport.

The South African won his 400m metres title cleanly at the Bejing athletics World Champsionships in 2015 and he told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sportsworld's Lee James that he cannot understand why others feel the need to cheat:
