There are 120,000 divorces in England and Wales each year - though divorce rates are at their lowest level for 40 years....but what effect does divorce have on a family - parents and children?

Ella Woodward - famous for her Deliciously Ella healthy food recipes - said her parents' divorce will mean they're happier, which in turn, will make her family happier.

Bridey Heing spoke to Stephen Nolan about her experience of her parents' divorce.

She said: "We love each other, we care about each other and that doesn't change...there were tears and a lot of time where we had to process what had happened. We've all come out on the other side now."
