Chris Rogers: England needs a cricket franchise competition

Ex-Australia batsman Chris Rogers believes that England cricket would benefit from a franchise competition.

"You only have to look at the success over here (Australia) and see that not only from a spectator point of view, but the players themselves... they love it," said the Somerset captain.
