Maoist People's Courts in Nepal. The programme looks at justice Maoist style. According to the courts the method of justice dispensed is quick and simple and, according to the Maoist legal code aimed at reforming the criminal. Critics claim it infringes human rights by ruling on private matters, including sexual relations. Presented by Charles Haviland.
