'Creation from Catastrophe'
A new exhibition at London's Royal Institute of British Architects looks at how architecture can help communities recover from natural and manmade disasters. Dan Damon went along to meet Jes Fernie, the exhibition's curator, and Henk Ovink, a water management expert, who was appointed to lead the regeneration of the Hudson Bay area in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
