Parents told to stop doing school run in PJs
A primary school headteacher has written to parents asking them to stop wearing pyjamas to school.
Kate Chisholm, from Skerne Park Academy in Darlington told 5 live Drive that “more and more parents have been staying in their pyjamas to come to school” and have even been coming to “assemblies and parents meetings” in their nightwear.
Many parents have thanked the headteacher for stepping in, but others have responded to the request by saying “they’ll wear their PJs all day, every day to prove a point”.
