Zika virus: delay pregnancy says El Salvador
Several Latin American and Caribbean countries have advised their women to delay getting pregnant as the Zika virus, which has been linked to brain damage in thousands of babies in Brazil, spreads across the American continent. Dr Eduardo Espinoza, El Salvador's deputy health minister, says couples should think twice about getting pregnant while authorities try to contain the mosquitoes carrying the virus.
