A businesswoman who has worn the same outfit to work every single day for the last three years has told 5 live it helps her concentrate on what she does for a living, rather than 鈥渟tressing about choosing an outfit鈥�.

Matilda Kahl, who is an advertising company director, went on to say not having to think about what she was going to wear in the morning gave her the opportunity to 鈥渞ead newspapers and have a nice little moment鈥� to herself before she got to work.

Matilda, who wears identical white tops and black trousers every working day, made her comments after Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg tweeted a picture of his wardrobe, which contained nothing but grey t-shirts and grey hoodies. Mr Zuckerberg wears the same clothes to work every day because he doesn鈥檛 want to waste mental energy on choosing what to wear, preferring to concentrate all his efforts on his business.
