Commonwealth Long Jump silver medallist, Zarck Visser, is preparing for the World Indoor Championships this March.

The South African tells Sport Today's Ed Harry how he hopes to take Greg Rutherford's Olympic title in Rio.

He also explains why he'd have no problem jumping against Paralympic champion Marus Rehm, and urges fans not to lose faith in Track and Field despite the recent scandals involving Russia and the IAAF.
