Opposition groups in Russia have reacted angrily to a video posted on Instagram showing the former Russian Prime Minister, Mikhail Kasyanov in the cross hairs of a sniper's rifle. He's now an opposition leader and out-spoken critic of President Putin. It was the Kremlin-appointed leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov who made the posting. Natalia Pelevina from Mr Kasyanov's Parnas party says the footage constitutes a death threat
