
EU Reforms on the Table
Proposals aimed at persuading the UK to stay in the EU are unveiled in Brussels. And we find out how tourists in London are changing their travel plans due to the Zika virus.
The British Prime Minister David Cameron says draft reforms to how the EU is run, formally unveiled today in Brussels, would persuade him to vote in favour of staying. The 27 other EU member countries now need to approve them. We hear from the Hungarian politician Gyorgy Schopflin, a member of the European Parliament for the governing Fidesz party. We also debate the issues with Roger Bootle from Capital Economics, and Terry Scuoler, head of the UK manufacturers association, EEF.
Also we find out how tourists in London are changing their travel plans because of the Zika virus, and we hear about the impact on tourism in Barbados. And we speak to the boss of Icelandair, Birkir Holm Guonason, who is offering himself up as a 'buddy' for tourists stopping over in Iceland.
