David Cameron is hoping to persuade sceptical MPs to back a package of reforms he hopes will keep Britain in the European Union.
The prime minister claims he has achieved "substantial change" on how the EU is to be run - but some Conservative backbenchers have criticised the draft settlement unveiled on Tuesday.
