Football is 'standard bearer' of my community
Liverpool fans are planning a walk-out in the second half of Saturday's home game against Sunderland because of a row over ticket prices.
This week the club announced the most expensive ticket in the main stand will increase to £77 next season, prompting calls for a mass exodus in the 77th minute.
James Cooke is from Spion Kop 1906, one of the groups behind the protest. He told 5 live Breakfast "football has been a standard bearer of my community and that is dying".
