The Ethiopian school children affected by a severe water shortage

Tim Franks reports from a school, in the northern region of Tigray, affected by one of Ethiopia's worst ever droughts. The country has developed rapidly over the past 15 years but, as hunger is starting to bite in rural populations, the government is now struggling to keep Ethiopia's children in education.
