Russia unlikely to be swayed by new UN Syria report
New UN report says that the Russian-backed Syrian government's mistreatment of tens of thousands of detainees amounts to a policy of extermination. Armed opposition groups are also accused of torture and summary executions. Natalya Narochnitskaya is president of the pro-Russian Institute for Democracy and Cooperation.
