Dyche on Neville: 'I'm amazed he took this job'
Burnley boss Sean Dyche says Gary Neville's lack of managerial experience makes it a “big ask” for him to achieve instant success at Valencia.

When appointed boss of the Spanish club in December, Neville said he was "not anxious" about taking a job in management for the first time.
But Dyche says experience at youth level and in the lower leagues has taught him that anxiety “gives you the knife edge that you have to be on”.
