Marcus Brigstocke: I'd be heartbroken if The Jump was axed
Channel Four has asked the production company behind The Jump to review safety procedures after Olympian Beth Tweddle fractured two vertebrae during a training session.
Comedian and former contestant on the show, Marcus Brigstocke says he'd be "heartbroken" if the programme was cancelled. In 2014 he was forced to pull out just hours before the finale after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament in the ski cross.
He is a big fan of the programme but says "every jump you do is a risk" and attempting the ski jump was "the most physically scared I have ever been".
