How to eat breakfast
A study from the University of Bath suggests that if you're obese, eating breakfast makes you more active.
It's part of a three-year project into the importance of eating breakfast.
Dr Amanda Squire from the British Dietetic Association gave her list of tips for the best possible breakfast.
For those who don't feel hungry first thing in the morning, Dr Squire recommends starting with a piece of fruit or a slice of wholemeal toast.
