Bush's State of the Union Address last month in he set a target to reduce petrol consumption by 20 per cent over the next 10 years. Much of the replacement fuel will come from ethanol, much of it grown by American farmers. The programme looks at how realistic such ambitions are. Presenter: Peter Day.
