UK immigration cooking up curry crisis?
Critics of the government's immigration policies say the rules are partly to blame for a shortage of curry chefs in the UK.
In a personal film, Labour MP Rupa Huq gave her take on an issue that is affecting the Indian restaurant trade. She claims the government-backed 'curry colleges', which so far have led to seven people becoming apprentice chefs, have been a failure.
