 
                    
                IDS: Brexit will be 'a stride into the light'
Work & Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith - who is campaigning to leave the EU - said the Prime Minister deserves credit for allowing cabinet ministers to break ranks and urged colleagues it was important they "don't play the person, they play the ball".
Speaking to Andrew Marr, he said the out campaign represented hope not pessimism and believed people would go for that, he said unlike those who warned leaving would be a leap into the dark he said it was "a stride into the light."
