Teenager Harry Gardner wrote a song about his grandmother when he learned of her illness. The song, 'Not Alone', is available to purchase - with all proceeds going towards the charity Alzheimer's Research UK.

Harry says that the song is also helping his family to talk more openly about his grandmother's illness.
