'The ethos of Palace has gone with the investment'
Crystal Palace fan Rob has questioned whether the ethos of the club has changed since chairman Steve Parish secured new investment.
Palace were the subject of a £50m cash injection from American billionaires Josh Harris and David Blitzer in December 2015. The duo already own the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers and the NHL’s New Jersey Devils.
"Palace are not a big club, the big clubs spend a lot of money and a lot of their success is down to the quality of the players they buy. Palace have never done that, they've always had an academy; They play their hearts out, they get into the first team."
Alan Pardew's side suffered another defeat, losing 2-1 to Liverpool after a stoppage time penalty from Christian Benteke.
