The car park you can only reach on foot
A rooftop car park in Farnborough is still only accessible on foot, five years after being built.
The car park has painted bays, disabled spaces and directional road markings but there is no ramp leading to street level.
It's part of a wider ongoing redevelopment plan for the town centre, but won't be any use until a new block of flats is built with a connecting bridge.
Gareth Lyon from Rushmoor Borough Council told 5 live Daily's Adrian Chiles that he wants the developers to get a move on, asking the existential question: "If there's a car park and there's no-one around to use it, does it really exist?"
