Former Wimbledon champion Pat Cash doubts Maria Sharapova did not know meldonium was a performance-enhancing drug.

Five-time Grand Slam winner Sharapova admitted on Monday that she failed a drugs test for the banned substance during January鈥檚 Australian Open.

Cash said he finds claims that Sharpova has been taking the substance since 2006 for health reasons 鈥渉ard to swallow鈥�.
