Most of Nairobi’s children live in slums, but sport is showing them a way to a better life. Set up 10 years ago, the Mathari Youth Sports Association helps young people from the poorest areas to build up their self-esteem and gain self-respect through playing football.
Also on the show, how India’s traditional henna tattoos are becoming popular with young people in the West, and the launch of a new 24-hour radio station, Youth FM, which is run by young people for young people.
