A short docu-drama, broken into three parts, looking at how the Functional Skills English of Speaking, Listening and Communication, Reading and Writing are crucial for people working in a construction environment. In this storyline, a plumber assesses a leaking sink. She discusses the problem with the home-owner. Having established the cause of the problem she notes down the parts she needs and in part 2, visits a building suppliers to purchase the necessary parts. In part 3 she fixes the problem.
