A short docu-drama, broken into two parts, looking at how the Functional Skills English of Speaking, Listening and Communication, Reading and Writing are crucial for people working in a construction environment. In part 1 of this storyline, an electrician, Toni, has a telephone conversation with Ren, the builder, in which Ren asks Toni to attend a site meeting with the client. She meets the client and discusses his electrical needs for a new kitchen. In part 2 Toni feeds back to Ren on her meeting with the client.
