A short docu-drama, broken into three parts, looking at how the Functional Skills English of Speaking, Listening and Communication, Reading and Writing are crucial for people working in a construction environment. In part 1 of this storyline, the building team meet at the start of the day to discuss progress on the job. In part 2 the chief builder Ren meets with the architect and they discuss progress. In part 3, Ren reports back on his meeting with the architect.
