A short docu-drama, broken into three parts, looking at how the Functional Skills English of Speaking, Listening and Communication, Reading and Writing are crucial for people working in a construction environment. In this storyline, a plumber is asked to fix a leaking toilet. In part 1 she looks at her PDA descriptor of the day鈥檚 tasks and arrives at the location. In part 2 she investigates the problem by discussing the leak with the client. In part 3 she fixes the problem to the happiness of the client.
