One man in Sweden decided he'd had enough of his neighbours' amorous adventures and in despair one night, sent a tweet to the country's Public Health Minister, Gabriel Wikstr枚m. Much to the man's surprise he replied, sparking a debate about public health. Did the Minister have any sympathy for the man who tweeted him in desperation?
