Afrika Mamas on breaking with polygamy tradition
To mark international women's day, Weekend has been speaking to the all-women group Afrika Mamas. It's a South African a-capella seven-member group that has performed for Nelson Mandela, and they have a new album out later this month. One of the themes of the album is the issue of polygamy. South Africa's President Jacob Zuma practises polygamy as do many countries across Africa. Ntombi Lushaba is the lead singer of Afrika Mamas.
