Beirut has a reputation for being a party town - so why are so many young people leaving?

One of the most modern capitals in the Arab world, Beirut in Lebanon has a reputation as a party town, with fast cars and loud music. But the rate of emigration has increased dramatically, with many young people moving away to live and work.
