The Coral have given away 50 copies of their new album to fans, but it was a giveaway with a difference: the band called it a 'Cassette Tape Amnesty'. Fans were asked to send in old compilation tapes, and the band chose 50 to be recorded-over and sent back.

The band have come to the end of a five year hiatus, with the new album, 'Distance Inbetween' and a national tour.

And they were exteremely honest about the first tapes they owned when they were young - from Mr Blobby to Kylie and Jason.
