Why the government is trying to halve the dairy you consume
Sybil Ruscoe looks at how the government has cut the recommended daily intake of dairy in our diet by a half - from 15% to 8%. It's part of their aim to reduce the amount of sugar and fat we eat. But the dairy industry says it's disappointed by the guidance, and that dairy products are an important part of a healthy diet.
