Brussels attacks: Victims have ‘severe trauma’
A doctor who helped treat nearly 100 people after three bombs detonated in Brussels has told 5 live many of the victims had "severe trauma".
Dr Guy Borgers, who is director of Queen Astrid Military hospital in Brussels, said many off duty staff "volunteered and came directly" to help the 93 people who needed treating.
More than 30 people have been confirmed dead and dozens have been injured in the attacks at Brussels airport and Maelbeek metro station.
