Supermarkets are using fake farms on some food labels
Tesco has re-branded its budget range of fresh food products under new labels that sound like British farms. But they're not. So you can buy a Woodside Farms gammon steak - but the meat may not be from Britain and it wasn't produced on a farm called 'Woodside'. They’re not the only supermarket doing this. Caz Graham talks to Professor David Hughes of ImperiaI College, an expert on food marketing.
