Eddie the Eagle was the first person to represent Great Britain at ski jumping when he competed at the 1988 Winter Olympics.

Ahead of the release of the film based on his sporting exploits next week he told 5 live what it was like when he first arrived in the city; "My bag had ripped open and all my clothes were going round the carousel, I thought, oh, welcome to Calgary!"
