England bowler Mark Wood describes Marlon Samuels' comments about Ben Stokes as 鈥渟tupid鈥� and 鈥渁 cheap shot鈥�.

Samuels was at the non-striker's end as Stokes was hit for four successive sixes by all-rounder Carlos Brathwaite when bowling the last over in Sunday's World T20 final.

In his post-match news conference, Samuels taunted Stokes, calling him "a nervous laddie" who "never learns".

Wood, who plays alongside Stokes for Durham, said: "I think you've got to play hard on the field but be gracious and humble off it. Instead of talking about Marlon's great innings we're talking about his stupid comments after the game".
