"There is a global revulsion against tax havens"
The huge leak of offshore financial documents from Panama has provoked discussion over the role of offshore accounts that help individuals and corporations avoid tax. Carl Levin is a former United States Senator who tried three times to introduce legislation in Congress to crack down on tax havens. He believes there now exists a renewed will to tackle them globally.
