Domestic abuse is as common in the countryside as the city
Women's Aid says 17% of refuges have closed in England since 2010. This news comes as recorded cases of domestic abuse in England and Wales rose by 31% between 2013 and 2015. Sybil Ruscoe hears that domestic abuse isn't just a matter in towns or cities.
