Do you act more aggressively when you're driving?
More than half of motorists act more aggressively behind the wheel than they do elsewhere, according to new research.
A survey of 2,005 adults for Churchill Insurance found that 31% admit to swearing at strangers while in their car, but only 12% do so face to face.
Psychologist Donna Dawson said "We feel the car is a safe place to express anger and frustration".
She added: "Our cars are the second frontier, our second skin or protective bubble where we can treat people like objects."
