Apps are in decline - chat bots are taking over
What is set to take the place of apps are so-called "chat bots", programs into which consumers will be able to type instructions, questions and orders - and which will be able to intelligently respond to and obey their commands. Rory Cellan-Jones, the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Technology correspondent, and Dr Sabine Hauert, lecturer in Robotics at Bristol University, discuss.
