How to practise Chopin's Piano Concerto in F Minor
The neighbours of two young piano prodigies have lost their legal bid to impose limits on the teenagers' playing time. They had described hearing the two boys practising as "torture".
A court overturned the council-imposed noise abatement notice that limited the two boys to 30 minutes of practice each per day. The judge said the pair could now play for up to 5 hours a day Monday-Saturday and 3 hours on a Sunday.
