Watch: Presenter Adam tries Greek dancing
A new study has found that dancing like Zorba the Greek could have major health benefits for older people, so we got our presenter Adam Parsons to give it a go with a professional.
Illias Qoshi, who manages and dances at a Greek restaurant, told 5 live "there are no rules to the dancing" and in Greece "it is a tradition so we dance a lot".
A trial of patients with chronic heart failure and an average age of 73, found they improved their health, developed stronger muscles and could walk further than their sedentary counterparts after taking up traditional Greek dancing.
