A bald man in Exeter believes he is being targeted by a huge owl because it mistook his skin head for an egg.

There have been a number of sightings of the escaped eagle owl over the last few weeks.

Richard Clevedon Smith spoke to Radio 5 live Daily's Adrian Chiles about his run in with the bird on his way to work as a bus driver.

"I could hear some hooting and I thought that鈥檚 pretty close. As I looked up, this great big pair of wings came down on me,鈥� he said.
