Eddie Jones says he would encourage English coaches to go and work overseas to help their development.

The England head coach said: 鈥淚 think it is really important that English coaches do it. The Premiership here has been very strong, but it is quite insular.鈥�

Asked if he would urge coaches such as Rob Baxter and Richard Cockerill to ply their trade abroad, Jones replied: 鈥淚f they want to coach internationally one hundred per cent.鈥�
