Ralf Little: I was targeted by Twitter trolls for charity work
The actor Ralf Little has been targeted by Twitter trolls after playing football with refugees in Calais' so-called Jungle. The actor says he was accused of 'aiding illegal immigration' for helping the charity Play 4 Calais.
Speaking to Radio 5 live Daily's Adrian Chiles he said that he wanted to help the organisation as it was providing a "humanitarian solution" to a humanitarian issue.
"A lot of Twitter didn’t like it but to be fair the vast majority people thought it was a great idea. There are a fair few people that missed the point and said that I was helping them enter the country illegally."
