Mexican minister defiant on US relationship
Mexico has appointed Paulo Carreno as its new Under Secretary of State for North America, which effectively makes him minister for the continent. He spoke to Newshour about the challenges his country faces - including migration, bettering Mexico's image abroad and improving transparency. He started, though, by addressing the elections soon to take place north of the border.
