Is segregation holding back US cities?
Chicago is one of the most segregated cities in the United States. In her new book, 'The South Side', Natalie Moore - who lives in the area and reports on it for the National Public Radio station WBEZ - tells James Coomarasamy that this racial segregation is holding Chicago and other US cities back and contributing to chronic problems of poverty and violence in some neighbourhoods.
